We handle every aspect of special event planning, including marketing, promotion, production, strategic planning, entertainment, and sponsorship sales. On-Site Event Staff

We are seeking experienced event staff to assist at our festivals throughout the year. As an event staff member, you'll be cross-trained to fill various roles as needed.

Shifts: Primarily on festival weekends, which can include long days and unpredictable weather conditions as all festivals are outdoors.

Requirements:

• Flexible weekend schedule.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with patrons, staff, and customers.

• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with the production team.

On-Site Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering with the Eskind Foundation is a fantastic way to get involved and forge bonds within your community. We aim for event staff, volunteers, and attendees to share memorable, positive experiences at our festivals. It truly takes a village to put on great festivals, and we are immensely grateful to those who volunteer their time to support their communities.

Shifts: Scheduled independently on a first-come, first-served basis. Volunteers will receive festival information and training as needed.
